Shipping Policy

At Umindak, each item is made with intention—printed, cut, and sewn after you place your order. We don’t mass produce. Every piece is made to order to reduce waste and keep things personal.
Production Time
Because our items are made on demand, please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and produced. Some items may take a bit longer depending on demand and fulfillment partner.
Shipping Time (After Production)
Once your order is ready, it ships out based on your location:
USA: 3–5 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Some items may ship separately depending on which fulfillment center handles the product.
Note: Delivery time = production time + shipping time.
International Orders
International packages may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s policies. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any customs-related fees or delays.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can monitor your package’s journey anytime.

Order Didn’t Arrive?
If your order seems delayed or never arrived:
1. Double-check your shipping confirmation and make sure the address was correct.
2. If the address was incorrect, we can reship—but additional shipping costs may apply.
3. If everything looks right, email us at umindak@paruparostudios.com with your order number, and we’ll help resolve the issue ASAP.
