1. How long does shipping take?

All items are made to order. Processing takes 2–7 business days.

Estimated delivery time:
• USA: 3–5 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

2. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also check your order status through your Umindak account.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. What items are final sale?

All made-to-order and custom items are final sale. We don’t accept returns due to sizing or change of mind.

5. How do I choose my size?

Each product listing includes a detailed size guide. Please check measurements carefully before placing your order.

6. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Check your tracking link first. If it’s delayed or hasn’t arrived after 20 days (US) or 30 days (international), email us at umindak@paruparostudios.com.

7. Where are your products made?

All products are made-to-order by our global production partners using ethical and quality-controlled manufacturing processes.

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly. Contact us within 12 hours if you need to make changes. We’ll try our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once production starts.

9. Do you offer custom or personalized designs?

Not at this time. All products are pre-designed and printed on demand.

10. Will my items arrive together?

Some items may ship separately due to packaging needs. If so, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

12. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Let us know immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. If it has shipped, we can't change it and reshipping will be at your cost.

13. Do you offer gift packaging or custom notes?

Not yet. All items are shipped in minimal, eco-conscious packaging without personal notes.
